Founder of Cirrus Networks and hailing from Utah, Craig Pickering is a visionary entrepreneur, investor, and business strategist whose career spans more than four decades across multiple industries. From pioneering early internet ventures to being a founding member of the Gnodi community to building large-scale real estate projects, launching global health and wellness brands, and advancing blockchain innovation, Craig has consistently demonstrated a rare ability to identify emerging trends and transform them into thriving enterprises.

Throughout his career, the companies Craig has founded and led have collectively achieved a combined market capitalization of approximately $2.5 billion, with annual revenues reaching into the hundreds of millions and he did this all from Utah. His success is defined not only by financial achievement but also by a commitment to innovation, strategic foresight, and the cultivation of strong teams.

In 1996, Craig recognized the transformative potential of the internet at a time when it was still an emerging technology. He co-founded an internet technology company and served as Chairman and CEO from inception through its acquisition by the largest telecommunications company in the United States. Under his leadership, the company became a market leader, and the transaction ultimately closed at a valuation adjusted for inflation of approximately $1.4 billion on a fully diluted basis.

Today, Craig is channeling his expertise toward blockchain technology, which he views as having a transformative potential equal to that of the internet in the 1990s. As co-founder of Cirrus Networks and founding member of Gnodi Blockchain, he is at the forefront of developing innovative blockchain-based solutions with the capacity to disrupt and elevate industries worldwide.

Working with his family Bob launched Neways International in 1992 taking the concept from kitchen table to over a billion dollars in annual revenue. 

He wrote the best-selling book, "Whose Ladder Are You Climbing?" in 2004. In 2007 he founded the Trivani Foundation and leveraged network marketing to become the fastest-growing child sponsorship program in the world. In 2008 he joined the Multi-Level Marketing International Association as a member of the board of directors. He has lectured on six continents and 96 countries and is an accomplished research scientist and product developer. 

Bob is heavily engaged in the rapidly expanding financial technology space including forex and futures, and the decentralization space including blockchain development, digital assets and tokenization. 

He is an early adopter of pure decentralization through blockchain and believes it will revolutionize global transactions and give a voice to two thirds of the world population that are currently unbanked and economically disenfranchised.

Currently, he is building the Gnodi Blockchain, a purpose built layer one platform focused on broad decentralization and security protocols. Gnodi is positioned to pioneer the "Digital Landlord" and "Data Sovereignty" global movement. 

Bob is the recipient of the prestigious Silver Beaver Award, the highest honors paid to adult Boy Scouts of America leaders. 

He and his wife Julie have enjoyed 38 years of marriage and are currently based in Echo Lake, Alaska, USA.

Fernando Laguda began his career in San Diego, California, as the Circulation Director of Tuned-In Magazine. In 1984, he left to start a medical supply company, which he sold in 1988 to NASDAQ-listed Longport Medical. 

Deeply involved in community service, he received commendation from Mayor Maureen O’Connor for his work with San Diego Youth at Risk. 

In 1991, Fernando joined World Class Network as a National Marketing Director and later built a top organization at TravelMax International, ranking among the top 10 distributors. He was one of three to win the Commitment to Excellence award. 

From 1995 to 1997, he served as a marketing and training consultant for various companies, including NutriQuest and Future Vision. He also consulted for a Metabolife distributor and began his own business in 1998, opening nine retail stores that generated $2.5 million in sales within the first year. His methodologies helped Metabolife grow from $600,000 to over $1 billion in annual sales in just four years.

In 2000, he sold his interest in the Metabolife stores and produced over 400 events, including the Super Bowl Hawaiian Tropic and the North Texas Rock Rally. Recognizing trends in email and online marketing, he set a record in 2013 by sponsoring over 168,000 sales team members in three months.

As the Country Manager for Asia in 2016-2017, he designed a customer acquisition campaign and achieved another record of over 125,000 individuals in his personal tree within ten days through effective leadership and marketing strategies. 

Fernando specializes in advising startups and international expansions, focusing on the Philippines, Asia, Latin America, Russia, and the USA. His expertise includes customer acquisition campaigns, leadership development, and global expansion.

In October 2021, he was hired by a Russian-based nutrition company to secure SEC, and FDA registration for launching in the Philippines, where he has since been the top earner. He is currently building a global leadership team to expand Cirrus Networks.
